Access Cloud Control Panel
Multiple authentication methods to access your cloud resources
There are several convenient ways to access the Cloud Control Panel. Your "RamNode Cloud Information" email contains all the relevant authentication details you need.
š” Tip: You can find all your RamNode emails from the Client Area at any time here.
Single Sign-On from Client Area (Recommended)
The easiest way to access the Cloud Control Panel is via single sign-on in the Client Area. These links are present in the following locations:
- The left-hand menu
- The home page of the Client Area
- Under the Your Active Products/Services ā RamNode Cloud Account page
ā Why this method? No need to remember separate passwords, and your session is automatically authenticated from the Client Area.

You can also sign in directly using your email address.

- Your email address (registered with RamNode)
- Your Cloud Control Panel password
Credential Management
The Cloud Control Panel uses separate credentials from the Client Area for enhanced security.
ā ļø Important: If you want to access the control panel directly (without SSO), you'll need to set a password first.
Set or reset your password:
- Update password in your profile
- Or use the Forgot Password link
