    VPS Information Email

Find your VPS login details and information email.

    When You'll Receive the Email

You should receive an email from us with your VPS information as soon as you pay. The only exception is if there is an issue with your payment or order.

    Email Contains

Your VPS information email will include:

    • VPS IP address
    • Root password (or administrator password for Windows)
    • SolusVM control panel login URL
    • SolusVM username and password
    • Server location
    • Plan details

If You Don't Receive the Email

    Check Your Spam/Junk Folder

The email might have been filtered as spam. Look for emails from:

    • • noreply@ramnode.com
    • • support@ramnode.com
    2

    Verify Your Email Address

Make sure the email address in your Client Area account is correct and that you can receive emails at that address.
