    Password

Choose a strong password with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters. Use the built-in password generator for a secure random password.

    Mailbox Quota

The mailbox quota determines storage space:

    • • Unlimited - Uses your overall account disk space
    • • Custom MB - Set a specific limit (e.g., 250 MB, 1000 MB)

    Accessing Your Email

    Webmail Access

Access email directly through your browser:

    https://yourdomain.com/webmail
    or
    https://yourdomain.com:2096

Login with your full email address and password.

    Webmail Applications

    cPanel offers two webmail applications:

    Roundcube

    Modern, user-friendly interface (recommended)

    Horde

    Feature-rich with calendar and tasks

    Email Client Configuration

Configure email clients like Outlook, Thunderbird, or mobile mail apps:

    IMAP Settings (Recommended)

    Incoming Server:mail.yourdomain.com
    IMAP Port:993 (SSL/TLS)
    Outgoing Server:mail.yourdomain.com
SMTP Port:465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)
    Username:your-email@yourdomain.com
    Authentication:Required for SMTP

    POP3 Settings

    Incoming Server:mail.yourdomain.com
    POP3 Port:995 (SSL/TLS)
    Outgoing Server:mail.yourdomain.com
SMTP Port:465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)

    IMAP vs POP3

IMAP (Recommended): Syncs email across all devices, emails stored on server, better for multiple devices.
