    What is Webmail?

    Webmail allows you to access your email through a web browser without configuring an email client. You can read, send, and manage email from any device with internet access.

    Accessing Webmail

    Direct URLs

    https://yourdomain.com/webmail
    https://webmail.yourdomain.com
    https://yourdomain.com:2096 (SSL)
    https://yourdomain.com:2095 (non-SSL)

    Via cPanel

    1. Log in to cPanel
    2. Go to "Email" section
    3. Click "Email Accounts"
    4. Click "Check Email" next to your email account

    Login Credentials

    • Email Address: your-email@yourdomain.com (full email)
    • Password: Your email account password

    Creating Email Signature

    Email Filters

    Creating Filter in Roundcube

    1. Settings → Filters
    2. Click "+" to add filter
    3. Name your filter
    4. Set conditions (from, subject, etc.)
    5. Define actions (move to folder, delete, etc.)
    6. Save filter

    Troubleshooting Webmail

    Cannot Log In

    • Verify email address is correct (full address)
    • Check password (case-sensitive)
    • Try password reset in cPanel
    • Ensure email account exists
